DescriptionThis act permits the payment of a twenty pound bounty for the production of every quintal of hemp, and appoints inspectors for every district within the province to assure the quality of hemp production. Inspectors will be paid by the producers one shilling and three pence for every hundred weight of hemp they inspect.
