This Act outlines several duties and the rates of duties to be collected in the Province, in addition to the duties previously established, on loaf sugar and cider. The processes by which these sums are to be collected, stocks are to be accounted for, and smuggling is to be prevented, are outlined. This Act is to remain in force until July, 1771.
