An Act for further prolonging the several Acts herein after mentioned, relating to the Duties of Impost and Excise, heretofore granted by the General-Assembly of this Province on Wines, Beer, Rum, and other distilled Spirituous Liquors.

    This Act continues several acts relating to duties levied on beer, rum, wine, and other spirituous liquors in order to cover the costs of bounties and premiums already granted that the former duties have been found insufficient to cover. This Act is to remain in force for seven years as outlined.
