    This Act amends the 1765 Act, "An Act for the Summary Trial of Actions," which was amended in 1767, 1771, and 1773, relating to extending the powers of the Justices of the Peace for the recovery of small debts. Penalties for persons who cannot pay sums they owe are also outlined. A form of summons is also provided.
