DescriptionThis act amends an 1801 act which originally only applied to Halifax, extending the reach of the original act to also apply to the towns of Pictou and Annapolis Royal. The 1801 act has been amended to extend to other towns within Nova Scotia in a similar fashion prior to this amendment, in both 1821 and 1822.
