DescriptionThis act amends an 1801 act which originally only applied to Halifax, extending the reach of the original act to also apply to the town of Windsor (excepting a few named clauses). The 1801 act has been amended to extend to other towns within Nova Scotia in a similar fashion prior to this amendment, namely in 1821 when the act was extended to Digby and Yarmouth.
