An Act for continuing so much of an Act made in the fifth year of His present Majesty’s reign, entitled, “an Act for granting to His Majesty an Excise on Wines, Tea, Coffee, and Playing Cards, sold within this Province, and of an Act made in the sixth Year of His said Majesty’s Reign, entitled, ‘An Act for altering, amending, and prolonging an Act made in the first year of the Reign of His present Majesty, entitled, an Act for granting to His Majesty an Excise on Wines, Tea, Coffee and Playing Cards, sold within this Province, as relates to an Excise on Wines, and Playing Cards, sold within this Province.’”
