An Act to authorize the Justices of the Peace for the County of Charlotte, to lease a certain piece of Common Land in the Parish of Saint Andrews, for the purpose of erecting thereon a suitable Building for an Hospital for sick and disabled Seamen. Passed 8th March, 1830.
