An Act to authorize and empower the Rector, Church Wardens and Vestry of Saint Thomas’ Church in the Parish of Saint James, in the County of Charlotte, to sell and convey certain Glebe and Church Lands in said Parish, and vest the proceeds in other Lands more productive. Passed 30th March 1848.
