    This act provides for the incorporation of a private mine company to extract the iron present in Annapolis company, whenever a group of individuals should come forward who are ready to fund the project and incorporate the company. General clauses of incorporation are specified by the act, including the future company's right to hold land and charge rents, sell and transfer shares, and incur debt on behalf of the company.
