    Under this Act, a sum of one thousand eight hundred and thirty pounds is to be advanced and paid to the agricultural societies in the Province’s districts as outlined for the encouragement of agriculture. The ways in which members of the Legislature and Clergy should be made members of these agricultural societies is explained.
