    This Act extends the empowers the Justices of the Peace to make rules and orders for the regulation of the fisheries relating to the construction of mill dams or other constructions across rivers that could impede fish and outlines several regulations relating to these obstructions. Penalties for persons who offend against the terms of this Act are outlined. This Act is to remain in force until 1787.
