British North American Legislative Database, 1758-1867

This act adds additional clauses to an act first passed in 1758. The original act set standards for fences and sets procedures for how and in what cases damages done by horses or livestock should be compensated. The addition extends the provisions of this act to the road between Bedford Basin and Fort Sackville.
