    This act amends past acts concerning the mandatory labour required of residents to maintain roads, highways and bridges. The amendment concerns the method to follow in order to clarify title to lands which commissioners overseeing highway projects have identified for new road construction in cases where the owner of these lands are unclear or disputed.
