DescriptionA consolidation of militia laws in the province. This act replaces all former militia acts passed by the Nova Scotia Legislation, and covers numerous matters, from the number of companies per regiment, to the equipment each militia member is entitled to receive, to consequences should members of the militia try to sell the equipment provided to them for private uses, such as hunting; along with various other rules governing the militia.
