    This Act amends and continues the 1772 Act “An Act for raising a Fund for the Purpose of making and repairing Bridges and Roads of Communication thro’ the Province,” which is to remain in force until 1774. The rates and taxes outlined in the former Act are to be collected from every householder and owner of lands in the Province.
