    This Act amends the 1763 Act, "An Act to enable the several Townships within this Province to maintain their Poor," as amended in 1767 and 1768, relating to the sums and number of meetings allowable for the inhabitants make to provision for their poor each year. Under this Act, Overseers of the Poor are also required to keep a log book.
