    This Act extends the penalties outlined under the 1758 Act, "An Act to prevent unnecessary firing off Guns and other Fire Arms in the Town and Suburbs of Halifax" to apply also to children under fourteen years of age or any adult found to fire any gun within one hundred yards of any other person on horse back or in a carriage.
