    This Act repeals the 1767 Acts, "An Act to explain, amend, and reduce into one Act, the several Laws now in force relating to the Duties of Impost on Beer, Rum, and other distilled Spirituous Liquors," and "An Act to explain, amend, and reduce into one Act, the several Laws now in force, relating to the Duties of Excise on Rum and other Distilled Spirituous Liquors sold in this Province."
