DescriptionThis Act amends the 1765 Act, "An Act for the Raising Money by presentment on the several Counties in this Province, for the Defraying Certain County Charges therein mention’d," to resolve certain measures found inconvenient or ineffectual in the former Act. The Act also grants a sum to repay the sums expended in bringing prisoners from Windsor to Halifax.
