DescriptionThis Act imposes penalties on those found to be selling wine, rum, beer, or other spirituous liquors without a licence. The Act also outlines how licences to sell the same can be obtained and certain rules about how and where they are permitted to sell spirituous liquors. This Act is to remain in force for two years.
