  • Description
    Under this Act, the Inhabitants of the Seigneurie of Yamaska are allowed to hold an election to elect the Chairman and Trustees for their Common, having failed to do so as outlined in the 1823 Act “An Act to enable the Inhabitants of the Seigniory of Yamaska, to provide for the better regulation of the Common of the said Seigniory.”
