  • Description
    An Act to grant the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or person administering the Government of the Province the authority to cause letters patent to be made out to any inhabitant of the Province that has invented any new and useful Art, Machine, Manufacture or Composition of Matter. The processes by which these letters patent are to be composed, as well as restrictions on when they may be given, and their maximum terms, are outlined. This Act is to expire in 1828.
