DescriptionThis act allows the British America Fire and Life Assurance Company to expand its services to Marine Assurance policies. The company will be permitted to offer protection against any losses or damages of cargo of vessels sailing the waters of the Saint Lawrence, Lake Superior, Lake Huron, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, or any other navigable waters within the province.
