An Act to enable the Church Wardens of St Peter’s Church, at Brockville, to sell a certain Lot of Land therein mentioned, and to apply the proceeds towards the erection of a Parsonage House for the Minister of such Church, on a Lot to be hereafter conveyed to the Bishop of Toronto, for that purpose. 28th July, 1847.
