    Under this Ordinance, all property and servitudes purchased or taken in trust for Her Majesty or her predecessors is to remain and be vested in the principal Officers of Her Majesty’s Ordnance in Great Britain and used for the public services they shall order or direct. This Ordinance is to remain in force until 1842.
