    This Ordinance establishes a Trinity House at Montréal for the better regulation of the Saint Lawrence River around Portneuf and the city. This Ordinance suspends replaces sections of several former Acts, as outlined, and vests authority formerly distributed by these Acts in the Deputy Master and Wardens of the Trinity House, as described. Directions for the operation of the Trinity House are given.
