    This Ordinance suspends and replaces certain sections of an Ordinance passed earlier in this session of Parliament, "An Ordinance to suspend certain Acts therein mentioned, and to regulate in a better manner the packing and inspection of Flour and Indian Meal,” relating to the construction, materials, branding, and markings of Flour and Meal casks.
