    This Ordinance continues the 1832 Act, “An Act to create a fund for defraying the expense of providing medical assistance for Sick Emigrants, and of enabling Indigent persons of that description to proceed to the place of their destination,” and the 1834 Act that continued it, which are to remain in force until 1839.
