DescriptionThis Ordinance allows the Trinity House at Quebec to borrow a sum not exceeding in the whole five thousand pounds to pay for improvements to and maintenance of light houses and similar purposes and outlines the terms by which this loan is to be repaid. The Trinity House is also to be provided a decked vessel for laying down and taking up buoys. This Ordinance is made permanent.
