    This Ordinance amends an ordinance passed earlier in this session, “An Ordinance for establishing regulations respecting Aliens coming into this Province, or residing therein" and is to remain in force until 1842. This Ordinance clarifies that all vessels travelling on Lake Champlain from any place in the United States are subject to the regulations outlined.
