This Ordinance amends the ninth section of the 1838 Ordinance, "An Ordinance to incorporate certain persons therein named, under the name of 'The President, Directors, and Company of the Bank of Montreal,'” and provides certain restrictions on the salary of the President of the Bank of Montreal. This Ordinance is made permanent.
