    This Act revives and continues the 1824 Act, "An Act to repeal a certain Act therein mentioned, and to provide for the Police of the Borough of William Henry and certain other Villages in this Province." Further provisions, pertaining to rules and regulations for the police, are outlined. This Act is to remain in force until 1840.
