DescriptionThis Act, to be valid until the conclusion of the sitting of the legislature in two years' time, states that the Court of King's Bench will sit in the community which is the "[s]eat of the [c]ivil [g]overnment." The Act also states that the Term of Hilary for the Court's sitting will take place during the first full week of February.
