    This Act establishes a Trinity House in the City of Montreal, and defines its relationship to the Trinity House at Québec, including the extent of each Trinity House's authority. This Act also outlines how the Master, Deputy Master, and Wardens are to be appointed and declared “the Master, Deputy Master and Wardens of the Trinity House of Montreal,” and their duties, as well as those of the Harbour Master of Montreal. This Act is to remain in force until 1837.
