An act to repeal a former act from 1808 "An Act for repairing and ameliorating the ancient Castle of Saint Lewis," the Governor of the Province's residence. A fund of seven thousand pounds was created for this purpose under the 1808 act. The duties imposed by this act are repealed. An amount in the order of seven thousand, nine hundred and eighty pound, nineteen shillings and one penny farthing is to be paid from any unappropriated monies to make good on the expenses not covered by the seven thousand pounds originally allotted for the repairs, in addition to the five thousand and ninety one pounds, sixteen shillings and eleven pence, three farthings required to fulfill the original funds granted.
