    An act to repeal "An Act to provide for the more easy and expeditious administration of justice in civil causes and matters involving small pecuniary value, in that part of this Province heretofore Lower Canada", and to abolish the district courts in Lower Canada, and to reform the Court of Queen's Bench including various procedures for selecting chief justices and appointing justices to the courts.
