DescriptionThis Act repeals and replaces the 1829 Act, , “An Act to provide for the more certain and expeditious distribution of the printed Acts of the Legislature of this Province.” Under this Act, printed copies of laws are to be transmitted to Militia Officers, Justices of the Peace, and others as directed. This Act is to remain in force until 1836.
