An Act to repeal an act passed in the forty-fourth year of His Majesty’s Reign, intituled, “An Act for granting to His Majesty a certain sum of Money for the further encouragement of the growth and cultivation of Hemp within this Province, and the exportation thereof,” as also an Act passed in the fifty-second year of His Majesty’s Reign, intituled, “an Act for granting to His Majesty a certain Sum of Money further to encourage the growth and cultivation of Hemp in this, Province, and for other purposes.” Passed the 13th March, 1813.
