    This Act repeals the 1808 Act, “An Act to provide a permanent Fund for the improvement of the inland navigation of the River Saint Lawrence.” Any funds remaining unexpended that were collected by virtue of this Act are to be used to make the Sainte Anne Rapids navigable by Steam Boats. The processes by which this is to be done are outlined.
