DescriptionThis act renews several past road acts that have been allowed to expire, in consequence of which landholders have improved the lands which were allotted for road construction. This improvement may lead to a court battle over ownership, and the renewal of these past acts is meant to clarify the status of these roads and who holds responsibility for them.
