    An Act to keep the beaches of the St. Lawrence and St. Charles in good order and clear of obstructions. The Act provides for the appointment of one or two Inspectors of the Beaches or Strands in the City and Banlieu of Quebec. The Act specifies the areas where sand may be taken away for building projects. The Inspectors of the Beaches or Strands’ duties are outlined. This Act is to remain in force until 1829.
