  • Description
    This Act allows the solemnization of any Marriage or performance of any Baptism or Burial, of which no Record exists to be legally ascertained within five years from and after the passing of this Act in the Inferior District of Gaspé. Those wishing the have unrecorded marriages, baptisms, or burials documented are to do so by providing proof of solemnization before a Judge with two or more credible witnesses. Further provisions and limitations for the same are outlined.
