    An act authorizing the city council of the City of Quebec to create a Board of Health to better manage public health in the city of Quebec, and granting the Board of Health the authority to deal with various matters concerning public health including searching buildings for sick persons, closing businesses and homes though to contain sick persons, and levying fines against people who violate the Board of Health's regulations.
