    This act allows for the building and maintenance of a lighthouse on Brushy Marsh Point, Point Pele island, in order to make the navigation of Lake Erie safer. It appoints commissioners to oversee the project and maintenance of the lighthouse, and specifies how the costs are to be defrayed.
