    This Act provides for 400 pounds to be used to build a home for the lighthouse keeper at Long Point, as well as to construct a boat and purchase oil for said boat for the approaching summer. The Act also outlines certain responsibilities of the Commissioners overseeing the Long Point lighthouse's construction.
