Description
This is an amendment to an 1841 act called "An Act to regulate the taking of securities in all Offices in respect of which security ought to be given, and for avoiding the grant of all such Offices in the event of such security not being given within a time limited after the grant of such office," which makes strict rules regarding government officers who are in charge of public moneys, requiring them to register their own debts with the provincial clerks before taking on any roles which require them to disburse government funds.
