DescriptionThis Act stipulates that the decisions of Surveyors of Highways should still be taken as legal and valid even if the respective Surveyors have held their office for more than one year without having re-sworn their oath. The Act also indicates that it shall not be considered necessary for the oath of office to be re-sworn once it has been taken.
