    An act that seeks to fix discrepancies in the authority of government registrars in the former province of Upper Canada after the passing of a new bill, An Act to consolidate and amend the Registry Laws of that part of this Province which was formerly Upper Canada, which rendered many of the registrars in the former province technically unqualified. This act declares that these registrars have the same power they would have if this act had never been passed.
