DescriptionUnder this Act, appeals to the Provincial Court coming out of the Inferior District of Saint-François are to be heard in the Inferior District, not by the Courts of King's Bench at Montreal or Trois-Rivières as had formerly been practiced. Provisions outlining how this should be done are described, including where and when these appeals should be heard. The Act also establishes a Supreme Court at Trois-Rivières.
